The ePRO 3 vessel HERMS brewing system is the very latest in the series of South Africa designed and built Bru Pro micro breweries. Manufactured for increased efficiency and incredible ease of use in production brewing, it is perfect for use in lodges, restaurants, brew pubs and craft markets - wherever great craft beer is needed. KEY FEATURES
CIP Clean in Place Convenience - The system features dished bottoms and 1.5” centre dump valves on all vessels. Clean with a hose or pressure washer and take the hassle out of tedious clean ups.
Spent grains hatch - Open the grain hatch in the mash tun after the brew and simply rake the spend grains into a wheel barrow or suitable container. No scooping out. No lifting. No hassle.
Compact stand for lower vessel height - Vessels stand on 4 short legs and an almost ground level stand to allow for easier reaching into the vessels for cleaning or maintenance
